Complaint Letter for Non-Refund of Admission Fees

Dear Sir,

I am writing to you because I would like to make an official complaint. My name is Miss Naomi Steal, and over the past two months I have been trying to get my refund back of admission fees. This is because I paid for the year fees but at the last minute due to very personal reasons I am not able to attend, and so I started to send an application of getting my money back. I was told in my last letter that my application had been accepted, and that you are going to pay me the admission fee back.

It has been two months since then, and I have sent multiple letters of reminders. I have to say that if I don’t get my money back in the next week I will be taking this to court, and I have the letter that says you will pay by the end of last month. I hope that you will do this as am sure you don’t want the hassle any more than I do. I look forward to hearing back from you.

Yours sincerely,

Miss Naomi Steal
