It is to formally lodge a complaint against your waning hotel services being provided to our company. We stayed in your hotel for 13th to 14th July, (Date) in rooms 7, 8, 10, & 12. There was a lingering smell in the mattresses along with the bed bugs. The bed sheets were unclean, there was no toilet paper, and the bathroom fittings were faulty too. Disappointingly, the food served was stale, and the neighborhood was quite noisy.
Our company has been a loyal customer of yours, and we want to continue having good business relations with you. Therefore, we highly encourage you to improve upon your services. Hope to see a positive change by our next visit.

It is stated that me, M. Yasir have been your loyal customer for the last 2 years. I have been getting high quality food from your restaurant. The Quality, Service & Cleanliness you deliver to your customers, is really outstanding.
Last week, I planned to celebrate the birthday party of my son. As usual I made booking 3 days before the function. I ordered 30 happy meals & 10 upsize meals of Spicy Mc Crispy burgers. I got this order on time too, but unluckily the whole food was cold. Bun was hard, patty was cold, drinks were flat, and French fries were so soggy.
I got so disappointed, and felt ashamed in front of my guests too. I request you to please take a serious note of my complain, as I am not going to order from your restaurant any more.
