Dress Code Notice to Employees
Dear Employees,
I am writing to you all because the dress code has been brought to my attention. You were all informed when you had the test days and the probation stage of the dress code: a strictly black trouser smart-looking shirt, blouse, or jumper. I am ashamed to say that some of your work for me is the shameful way you dress. Clearly, the disciplinary system isn’t stricken enough.
Which is why from now anyone caught not wearing the appropriate clothing will be sacked right off? We have the dress code for reasons. I hope that you all listen, and take it in that we are a business company.
Yours sincerely,
Company Director

Dress Code Notice to Teachers from Principal
The Respected Teachers,
With all due respect, It is to inform you that we have launched a new policy regarding teachers’ dress code. Teachers are role models for students, and students and teachers both consider them ideal. As you all know, both male and female staff is working over here, and to maintain the integrity and respect of the institute, the following decisions are made.
- Female teachers are bound to wear a proper full-length dress.
- Female teachers are advised to wear a full sleeve dress.
- Male teachers are supposed to wear a full sleeves dress shirt
- Male teachers are not allowed to wear printed T-shirts.
- No dress is allowed, which is revealing.
- No casual shoes are allowed.
We expect you to follow all the mentioned rules. If anyone is found breaching the rules, he/she will face serious consequences.
Yours sincerely,
Mr. Eric Mark, Principal
