No it should not be banned.

1. Sovereign community. They have their own leaders & Values
2. The international law does not apply to them. SO UN can not interfere. This is why they are called indigenous
3. They have their own community. They are not exposed to the outside world.
4. It is their religious & right to practice what they want as long as they are not caring any one else.
5. Example: Aborigines & Red Indians
6. Accordingly, worship of fire, and such other religious practices should be banned if they will ban this.
7. Rule of morality do not apply to them.
