Application for Extra Plumber in Hospital

To whomever it may concern

I would like to request to have an extra plumber in the hospital as the current one has too much work to do in his own. The work that he need to do is vital to how the hospital runs its machinery, and if not fixed quickly, or properly can become fatal. For example we have more than one plug sockets with lose wires that we don’t know where they are, and this can cause fires. An extra plumber would mean the hospital can function right with no injuries.

Kind regards,

The manager, Health care hospital

Respected sir,

With due respect, it is to inform you that we have extended our cardio, and burn department, and we have constructed 15 new washrooms, and 3 kitchens. Construction is almost done, and now we need to fix the sanitary items, and for that we need new plumbers as old plumbers are already looking after the other departments. Kindly provide us the new plumbers as soon as possible as we are running out of the project completion date. I am looking forward to hearing from your end. Thank you.

Yours sincerely,

Mr. Tahir Lateef

To: General Manager — Sir Williams Hospital
Chicago, Illinois, United States

As you know, our hospital has recently expanded, and we have included many more treatment materials, and rooms. We now have 6 rooms, and 12 more washrooms than usual. The pipes may need to be repaired at any time, along with other work.

I respectfully ask that you bring an extra plumber, or two in order to accommodate for this, as the other plumbers are usually too busy dealing with the other, and older wings of the hospital.

Warm regards,
Alejandro Jorgensen
