I am writing to you on behalf of my sister Miss Abby as she is unable to come into work herself, and give you the relevant information that you will need. I am writing to submit a leave application so that my sister can have the time that she need. She is getting married, and her honeymoon is booked for three weeks.
The reason that she is not able to write this herself, or come in is because she is very busy with her wedding plans that they have made her travel some long distance very last minute. She is going to see family in another country due to someone very important being too sick to come, and so she has gone to assist in helping with the travel arrangement for that person.
Miss Abby will be very happy, and thankful if you could grant her this time off for leave. Many thanks, and she will look forward to your reply.

As told she was having issues with her eyes starting a few months ago, when the issues grew more, and more we had to take her to the hospital where she was diagnosed with an eye infection, and was advised to undergo eye surgery as immediately as possible. She successfully went through her eye surgery last week, and is resting now.
I am writing this application to request you to kindly grant her an indefinite sick leave as soon as you can, whenever she is back on her feet, and healthy she will join the school on a regular basis.
