Sample Complaint Letter For Lost Degree

To,

The principal, Oxford College

Respected sir,

With all my due respect, I am writing this letter to inform you that I have lost my bag in the bus last week, and my degree was also in my bag. I have also filed a complaint as well. I have got a job offer, and luckily I have been selected as well. I have told them about the degree but according to their policy they cannot hire me without the degree. I request you to issue me another degree as I am helpless, and my only hope is you. I shall be really thankful to you for this act of kindness. Please respond me as soon as possible.

Yours sincerely,

Hanna Martin

Application for lost of degree

 To York University,

Dear Sir/Madam,

I sent this application to you regarding my O level Final Grade Certification. When I got accepted to the university, there was one condition that I have to mail the copy of all my official degrees.

When I searched for them in my other certificates, I could not find my O level Certificate of Education. I contacted my school, and they told me that I had received it nearly 2 years back.  I have emailed to the British Council for a duplicate of my O level Certificate but this whole process will take nearly a month, and the deadline to send the documents is in 2 weeks. I know that this seems very irresponsible but this does not happen usually. I request you to please extend my submission deadline so that my admission is not cancelled. Also, I can send you my midterm, and final term result of school, if you advise me to do so.

Kindly assist me on this issue; I would be greatly thankful to you.

Best Regards,

Fatima Aamir
