I am writing to you because I would like to make a complaint for some damaged goods that I ordered. On the 12th of November of this year I went into your shop and ordered some fishing rods and some tack. When they arrived I opened the fishing rods and one of them the most expensive one was broken. Now when I went into the shop you assured me that this wouldn’t happen. But it did and now I am out of money to get a new one so I would like you to replace it or give me a full refund. Or I will take this up further. I will be by the shop on the weekend to discuss his more face to face.

Most humbly, it is stated that our transit, received at undersigned office via shipment no. XCTS45 was damaged as received. This is the second time our shipment of high value is damaged by your freight service. We have been in agreement of availing your services since last year. We are very regretful that your services are not being provided with contracted quality. I want to register a complaint against this negligence, as it cost this office a huge amount. Kindly maintain the service quality according to the agreement. Hope you will look into the matter to avoid any future inconvenience.
