I sent this letter to file a complaint regarding the order which I received yesterday from Daraz. Last week I placed the order of few cosmetics items along with some medicines too, however, some of the cosmetics items are already expired! To say I am disappointed would be an understatement. I hope you are doing well. I am writing this letter to inform you about the quality of services of your company. I am very disappointed with your services as I did not expect such a response. Two days back, I visited your online store and saw your products. I read the reviews and was quite impressed. I decided to order some items to try for myself too. I got my delivery today and I was very happy and excited since the delivery service was fast and convenient. However, when I opened the package and checked my items I was so disheartened because they were expired. They had expired a month ago and I was very upset, thinking that had I not checked my items I would be eating expired food. I am not sure if this happens often with your service, but if it does, my suggestion to you is that please improve your quality of goods.
