I am writing this letter to you with deep disappointment. I came across your store from an online advertisement and upon my further inquiry of your website, I found some really decent reviews of the shirts you had sold. I ordered 3 pack of shirts from your website on (________) and received them by ________ evening. On receiving the package, I was in a state of utter shock. The quality was not even near to of what I had been promised. I ordered shirts of small size but the shirts I received were medium. A part from the issue of the size, the quality was really bad. The cloth was knitted roughly with threads protruding out at different places. I did not expect such an experience from such a well reputed website. It is requested that either you replace my shirts with higher quality and small size or either send back a complete refund. I shall be very thankful to you for your cooperation.

I am writing this letter to you with deep regret. I have been ordering from your store since a while now. Not only that, I am your gold card holder as well. I received your package yesterday and I am very disappointed. This is not a type of package I would expect from such a well reputed store like yours. I ordered make up from your store of worth _______.

To begin with, it included lipsticks, foundation, mascara and few brushes. The lipsticks were all melted. The foundation was half filled. The mascara had all dried up with very little product inside it. The bristles of the brushes are so hard as if they would cut open my skin. Furthermore, the products had no expiration date on them. I have been flooding your inbox for a while now but have received no reply. I have been calling at the given number but the no one picks up the call. I am so disappointed over your mechanism of dealing with the customers and specially your regular customers. If you do not reply to my email, I am sorry but I will write to your headquarters over how poorly managed and unethical their staff is. I request you to either replace or fully refund.
