Email for Asking Suggestions for Party

Dear Sir/ Madam,

I am writing to you because I need your help. I am organizing a really big venue for some very rich people, and I need some suggestions. They are having a party to celebrate the opening of their new international company. They would like it themed other than that they have left it all to me to organize. I have no clue what else they want, and when I ask they tell me to make it spectacular. I am thinking beach themed with a bonfire, and fireworks.

I would like to have some suggestions on what else to do. For example what type of food to have, or drinks?  Should I make it fancy, or street style? Can be beef burgers, and chips BBQ, or should they have tables, and a five course meal. Any suggestion that you can give would be a great help. They are big clients, and I do not want things to go wrong, or they don’t like what I have come up with. Many thanks.

Yours sincerely,

Mrs. Julia Brown
