Letter for Sale of Car to Your Friend or Anyone Else

Sample letter to sell the car which is in more personal use, or company use, As their value will only go down if they keep it without any use it would be better just to sell it as fast as possible

Letter for Sale of Car which is no more required for company

Dear Sir,

I hope you are doing well. Since you are the head of the Sales group, I am writing this letter to you to inform you that I want to sell the car I used, since it is no more required for the company. I have gotten a new car, and will not be using this anymore. It would be a shame if I abandon this car, and so it is in the car’s best interests to sell it. I have already emailed you the specifications of the car along with some pictures of it. Please put up an ad, and arrange for some customers that are willing to buy the car. I have mentioned the car’s price in the email as well but I am willing to somewhat negotiate with it. Once you put up the ad and have customers, please do inform me so that I can schedule meetings with them.

I hope you will provide me with an affirmative response. Thank you for your co-operation. You may provide me with details at the number provided below.

Best Regards,

Letter for Sale of Car

Dear Sir / Madam,

With due respect, I am writing this for the purpose of “sale my car”. Actually, I love my car a lot. It is in very good condition although it is a little bit scratched at the right side door which is very minor. I was not willing to sell my car I just want to sell it because I need some money to pay the dues of my semester. I was paying my dues before by doing a part-time job in a restaurant. Now I lost my job hence I have to sell my car.

I own the “Mehran” model (Date) in blue color. It is in good condition. If someone is interested please contact me as soon as possible. Your concern will be highly appreciated.

Regards,

X Y Z
