I will be sending the car tomorrow morning. Kindly make sure that its work is completed till the afternoon so I can collect it by then.
I shall be grateful to you.
Letter for replacement of Tyres by government employed Civil Engineer
(name of company)
(name of the person)
(post of the person you are writing to)
Respected Sir/ Madam,
With due respect, It is stated that I have been employed in your company on the post of project director since 26 years and I have been working as a head of various projects.
I am writing this letter to bring in your notice a very crucial issue that needs your attention as a matter of urgency. On (mention Date), I and my team were visiting the hill station where the dam is to be constructed as a part of our inspection schedule and on our way to a 26 hours journey. 3 cars got punctured due to worn out tyres which are in use for about as long as I remember for about 10 years or more.
Not only that, we weekly are spending so much money on the tyres because they either get busted or punctured every other day. Not only this, on (mention the date), one of our co worker met an accident due to bursting of the tyre and he is in critical condition. His life was saved due a tree on the edge of the road, otherwise, his car would have gotten into the valley straight. I have asked the vehicle department so many times but they have failed to co-operate.
Therefore, it is requested to please take a notice of this because this is life threatening and safety is our first priority. Please get the tyres changed before our next visit, otherwise we will have to postpone our visit. I am looking forward towards your cooperation. I shall be very thankful to you. Anxiously waiting for your prompt action.
