Warning Letter for Careless Driving
Mr. Alan Michael,
This is to inform you that I’ve received so many complains about your driving as staff was complaining about your rash driving which can cause accident, so this is warning letter to you. Don’t do this again otherwise you’ll lose your job. Hope you don’t mind.
Warning Letter for Unsafe Driving
I was waiting to write this letter since a past couple of months now and now I think is the best time since you’re off duty. Not me, but mostly my wife is the one who travels with you all around the city to her art galleries and wherever she has to go. I hired you as her personal driver because I had all of my trust in you and I trusted you with all I had but, I think you took my leniency as a sign of my desperation.
My wife has told me numerous times that you drive way too rash even after she asks you to drive slowly. Moreover, she hesitated whilst telling me this, but I have been informed that you look towards my wife in a very inappropriate manner, more like a gaze full of lust.
I am warning you the last time, If you want to remain employed and work for me, make sure that you lower your gaze and show professionalism when you’re on duty. I think you will find this letter as a request to be good more than a warning letter.
I’ll see you next week and I hope you would’ve mended your ways by then.
