I know that I was delivered a lot in the last week but due to increased demand I have now run short of B type medicines. I would like to request you to kindly redeliver two lots of the medicines as soon as you can. We have lives at stake here.

I hope you will approve my request, and deliver my medicines as fast it’s possible. Attached is the list of medicines I am requesting you of.

I am writing to you because I would like to request for a medicine supply delivered to my home. This is because I am unable to come to the shop, and pick it up myself.
