Dear manager
I am writing to you because I would like to request to have my machine changed. The reason for this is because it needs to have a renewal safety certificate. Working on a construction site around big heavy machinery is very hazards, and to make it safer for all the workers, and for public people walking by we have to make sure that each, and every machine is up to date on all the health, and safety regulations. I can’t use this machine as it is not up to the safety regulations, and I don’t want to be the person to cause any one to get injured. So for this reason I would like to request to have a change in a machine just while it is getting the full check, and getting it’s up to date health, and safety certificate. I hope that you grant me this request, and I look forward to hearing back your reply.
