Dress Code Notice to Employees

Dear employees,

I am writing to you all because the dress code has been brought to my attention. You were all informed when you had the test days and in the probation stage of what the dress code is a strictly black trouser smart looking shirt and blouse or jumper. I am ashamed to say that some of you work for me with the shameful way that you dress. Clearly the disciplinary system isn’t stricken enough.

Which is why from now anyone caught not wearing the appropriate clothing will be sacked right off? We have the dress code for reasons. I hope that you all listen and take it in that we are a business company.

Yours sincerely,

Company director
