Warning to a Teacher for slapping a student from the Principal
This letter can be used to warn teachers, administrative staff, managerial staff in schools, colleges, tuition centers, universities, academies, and other learning institutions for slapping the respective student.
Respected Teacher,
I am writing this letter to you with deep sorrow, and bewilderment. Yesterday, a parent wrote to me mentioning a very heart wrenching, and astonishing incident that I never expected to take place at such a well reputed institution. Apart from the institution, it is very surprising to know that an educationist like you can take such an action. She mentioned how you slapped her son who studies in grade 8th for no obvious reason. I do not think that I have to explain to such an experienced teacher like you that there are many other ways to rectify a student’s mistake. Furthermore, the student studies in class () which you know is a stage where you know students are growing up, and tend to make mistakes. Physical assault is no way to make a student realize her mistakes. I understand that it is very challenging to handle a class of around ____ many students. But any how even if the matter failed to be dealt with verbal communication, you could have brought the matter to my office, or a parent teacher meeting could be arranged to discuss the behavior of the student in a nice decent manner. You are supposed to write an immediate response over the whole scenario with an apology to my office in a day. We will look into your response, and discuss it with the student’s parents. Failing to submit the response might lead to your termination.

Warning to a Teacher for slapping a university student from the Principal
Respected Teacher,
I am writing to you with deep grief, and astonishment that a parent wrote to me complaining about how you slapped her son who studied in first year of university for no significant reason. I did not expect such a behavioral response from such a well reputed, and well educated teacher like you. The student being mature, and being in such a sensitive age could have responded back. He can easily file a complain, or a case against you in the head office, or a court, and that will not only create problems for you but also for the institution. The student, and her family are in a state of sheer confusion, and tension. As an institute, it is understandable that any parent would be triggered by such an incident. Moreover, his self confidence, and mental health have been deeply impacted, and henceforth, the student has refused to come to the university. It is also against the norms, and values of this institution, therefore, it is stated that you immediately submit a detailed report over this happening, and the reasons which forced you to take such an action. Your report should be in hand in two days, or else I will have to deal with a matter with more serious attitude, and may lead to termination of your job
With regards,
The Principal
