Application for Wrong Salary Deduction
With due respect it is stated that I took a leave on last Monday after informing the company about it two days ago. I am well aware that one day leave causes a deduction in one day salary. I had agreed to this in my application. However, I have been informed that my salary deduction is for two days which is totally unjust and not according to company agreement.
It is humbly requested that two days deduction from my salary be waived down to one day deduction which is lawful.

I am writing to you because I would like to make an official complaint against the 20 percent reduction for all staff.
