Due to recent circumstances, and complaints regarding your behavior, and professionalism in the office, the committee has come upon the decision to deduct your monthly salary.
We regretfully inform you that as of Monday, October 1st, you are being put on a probationary period, and your salary will be deducted by 10,000 Rs. We take this decision after a thorough meeting with the board, and discussion with the other employees.
We, here at Morning Drywall Inc., expect our employees to behave in a professional manner in the office. Complaints have been received by individuals, who shall not be named for the sake of privacy, about your attitude towards the supervisors, and the other employees, as well as checking out early before the time of your shift has been completed.
While your work here has been exceptional, we consider professionalism, and manners to be just as integral to the workplace atmosphere. In this probationary period, your salary will be deducted for the month of October only. If you can demonstrate that you can act in a professional manner in the future, we will gladly reinstate your initial salary, and you will be put off of probation.
The board has not decided on any further consequences. The directors of the board have decided on this probationary period because of your long, and outstanding history with our company. We are sending this letter because we believe you can be a better employee, and can be an integral part of this workforce. However, if we continue to receive complaints from the supervisors, you may be fired without any further warning.
We hope that you will reconsider your behavior in the future, and that we may, once again, enjoy a successful mutual relationship.

Notice For Employees Of Salary Deduction
To the employees,
This is to inform you that according to the new government policy, and a critical situation of water shortage in Pakistan, 10% of every employee salary is to be cut from their monthly income once, which will be transferred to the Dam Fund of Pakistan.
Fortunately, the CEO of the company said that only 5% will be cut from every employee’s salary, and the rest 5% will be given from the company’s fund. In addition to this the amount will not be deducted from this month’s salary as you have been not informed earlier so the deduction will take place next month.
