Salary Deduction Letter to Employee:

To the addressee: Dan Johnston

Due to recent circumstances and complaints regarding your behavior and professionalism in the office, the committee has come upon the decision to deduct your monthly salary.

We regretfully inform you that as of Monday, October 1st, you are being put on a probationary period and your salary will be deducted by 10,000 Rs. We take this decision after a thorough meeting with the board and discussion with the other employees.

We, here at Morning Drywall Inc., expect our employees to behave in a professional manner in the office. Complaints have been received by individuals, who shall not be named for the sake of privacy, about your attitude towards the supervisors and the other employees, as well as checking out early before the time of your shift has been completed.

While your work here has been exceptional, we consider professionalism and manners to be just as integral to the workplace atmosphere. In this probationary period, your salary will be deducted for the month of October only. If you can demonstrate that you can act in a professional manner in the future, we will gladly reinstate your initial salary and you will be put off of probation.

The board has not decided on any further consequences. The directors of the board have decided on this probationary period because of your long and outstanding history with our company. We are sending this letter because we believe you can be a better employee and can be an integral part of this workforce. However, if we continue to receive complaints from the supervisors, you may be fired without any further warning.

We hope that you will reconsider your behavior in the future and that we may, once again, enjoy a successful mutual relationship.

Signed,

Barbara Williamson

To the employees,

Dear Employee,

This is to inform you that according to the new government policy and a critical situation of water shortage in Pakistan, 10% of every employee salary is to be cut from their monthly income once, which will be transferred to the Dam Fund of Pakistan.

Fortunately, the CEO of the company said that only 5% will be cut from every employee’s salary and the rest 5% will be given from the company’s fund. In addition to this the amount will not be deducted from this month’s salary as you have been not informed earlier so the deduction will take place next month.

Salary Deduction Letter to Employee for Absence

To the addressee:

We regret to inform you that your salary for the month of September, 2018 will be deducted. We do not take these decisions to deduct salary lightly, and the ruling for this is due to your constant absence.

Our employees are an asset to our company. We expect all our workers to be motivated and arrive on time for their job. If an employee wishes to take an absence or leave from work, he is to contact me beforehand. We have no issues with informed absences that are within reason. Your repeated instances of unprofessional and absence without notice has had a negative impact on our workforce. Unfortunately, you have not demonstrated the capability to be consistent with daily tasks.

This salary deduction is temporary, as we believe in second chances —  if you can redeem yourself, your original salary will be reinstated. However, further incompetence will result in more severe consequences.

Sincerely,

Principal Robert McFee

Salary Deduction Letter to Employee

 Dear Employee,

I have sent you this letter to inform you regarding the deduction amount of your salary. Unfortunately, these have been some issues these pasts month which led me to take this step as a warning.

I received a report on 23rd September 2018 that there was an accident which led to two computers falling from table and were destroyed beyond repairing. Unfortunately, after watching the footage it was clear that it was not an accident but you along with your fellow were pushing each other which led to these computers falling. I didn’t expect such unprofessional behavior from you during working hours. Whether the pushing was a joke or a fight, it led to damage and as per policy such behavior would not be tolerated under any circumstances and the cost of computers will be deducted from your and the other employees’ salary.

Please try to avoid this sort of situation and take this as your warning. I hope I will not receive any complain in future regarding you.

Salary Deduction Letter to Employee

Respected Sir,

I am writing this letter to inform you that due to certain circumstances your salary is being deducted. Since the past month I have been taking regular rounds of the office and have been keeping a check on everyone’s work. I am displeased by your careless attitude towards your work. You do not keep a check on deadlines and submit your work late. Upon an inquiry from your colleagues, you have been misbehaved with them as well quite a number of times.  Furthermore, you have been taking leaves without any permission or applications. Unfortunately, due to these circumstances I am deducting your salary and will continue to do so until further notice.

I hope you will change your behavior accordingly so I can reconsider my decision.

Best Regards,

Bilal Ali

Sample complaint letter to accounts manager to ask about salary deduction of two days due to one absent. why? Why my salary is deducted letter.

Application for Wrong Salary Deduction

To
Manager
Kerala imports.

Respected sir,

With due respect it is stated that I took a leave on last Monday after informing the company about it two days ago. I am well aware that one day leave causes a deduction in one day salary. I had agreed to this in my application. However, I have been informed that my salary deduction is for two days which is totally unjust and not according to company agreement.

It is humbly requested that two days deduction from my salary be waived down to one day deduction which is lawful.

Thank you very much for consideration.

Yours sincerely,

Be studio Hans

Complaint Letter for Salary Deduction

To: HR Dept., Baskin Robbins
Brooklyn, NYC, United States

I am writing in regards to the recent salary deduction which has had a very negative impact on my life. I work 10 hours every day at Baskin Robbins just to make ends meet. Each month I barely cover my rent. With this salary deduction, I am struggling even more.

I believe that no matter what job someone has, they should at least make enough money for a living wage. Currently, I do not consider this to be a living wage.

Please consider reverting this decision.
Thank you,

Request for Not Cutting the Salary

The Manager Operations,
Peek Solutions, Turkey

Dear Sir,

With reference to the letter having subject “imposition of penalty” regarding my one day absence from duty.

It is submitted that I am working as a control room in-charge in your company for many years. I have always tried my best to gain maximum level of satisfaction of the seniors while performing my duties. I never committed any act of negligence or violation of company rules during my job period.

Anyhow, I could not attend the office on 15 October due to some unavoidable circumstances. As a result, I received a letter in which the penalty of “deduction of one day salary” is imposed upon me.

Sir, I cannot stand that sort of thing in which my salary will be deducted as I am a married person and breadwinner of the family.

In the light of above, you are requested to please condone my negligence and cancel the order of salary deduction from my pay. I assure you that I will not repeat this act of negligence in future.

Your favorable in this regard shall be highly praised.
