Permission-based messaging only

You may send messages only to recipients who provided their phone number and gave appropriate permission to receive the relevant type of business communication. Keep a record of the opt-in source and timing where appropriate.

Prohibited uses

  • Purchased, scraped, harvested, guessed or unlawfully obtained contact lists.
  • Unsolicited bulk messaging, spam, harassment or repeated messaging after an opt-out.
  • Attempts to evade provider limits, account enforcement, message review or platform safety controls.
  • Fraud, impersonation, phishing, deceptive claims, malware distribution or credential theft.
  • Illegal goods, illegal services or content that violates the applicable provider's rules.
  • Using another person's or business's identity, phone number or provider credentials without authorization.

Opt-outs

Recipients must have a practical way to stop marketing messages. The service can automatically suppress contacts who send common opt-out commands such as STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT, REMOVE or OPT OUT. Users must not deliberately re-add or re-message suppressed recipients without a valid new opt-in.

Platform safety controls

We may enforce account verification, live-send approval, monthly limits, daily limits, campaign-size limits, repeat-contact cooldowns, duplicate prevention, template requirements and audit records. These controls are not permission to send; the user still needs a lawful and provider-compliant basis for every message.

Enforcement

We may block live sending, pause queued campaigns, suspend workspaces or terminate access when we identify abuse, high-risk behavior, misleading account details, repeated complaints or policy violations.

Use the Contact page and choose an abuse or safety-related subject. Include enough information for us to investigate, but do not send passwords or secret access tokens.

Email campaign rules

Optional email campaigns may only be sent to recipients who have opted into the matching category. The maintenance/service-notice audience is reserved for genuine operational notices affecting account access or service availability and must not be used to bypass marketing-email consent. Attempts to relabel promotions as service notices may result in sending access being blocked.
