Start in 8 steps
Create your account
Enter your name, company, email, business phone, country and password. Review and accept the Terms, Privacy Policy and Acceptable Use Policy.
Verify your email
Open the verification email and use the secure link. New accounts cannot sign in until email verification is complete, unless the platform owner manually verifies an address after independent confirmation.
Complete business details
Keep your company name, business/WhatsApp number, country, website and business type current under Settings.
Connect WhatsApp Business
Open Integrations → WhatsApp Business → Connect WhatsApp and follow the six-step wizard. Add your WABA ID, Phone Number ID and access token, verify the API connection, configure/check the webhook, then synchronize approved templates. Access tokens are stored encrypted and are never displayed back in the browser.
Add only opted-in contacts
Add contacts manually or import CSV records. Record where consent came from. Contacts without adequate opt-in evidence are not eligible for protected campaign sending.
Prepare approved templates
Create or synchronize WhatsApp message templates and use templates that are approved for the message type you intend to send.
Create and review a campaign
Select the audience, schedule the campaign and confirm that every recipient has explicitly opted in. The system excludes suppressed and invalid records and enforces workspace limits.
Enable live sending only after testing
Platform-admin approval, provider credentials and the live worker are separate safety gates. Test with simulation first, then enable live sending when the configuration is ready.
Connect WhatsApp Business
The connection wizard is designed to validate the official Meta WhatsApp Business Platform setup before any live campaign worker is enabled.
1. Check server requirements
The wizard confirms that the application encryption key, Meta Graph API version, Meta App Secret and private webhook verification token are configured on the server. Never paste these server secrets into support messages.
2. Save workspace credentials
Enter the WhatsApp Business Account (WABA) ID, Phone Number ID and access token for the workspace. The token is encrypted before storage. When a token is already stored, you can leave the token field blank to keep it.
3. Verify the API connection
Choose Verify connection. SemiOffice checks the WABA and phone number from the server and confirms that the Phone Number ID belongs to that WABA. The verified business name, display number and available quality information are then shown in the wizard.
4. Configure and check the webhook
Use the callback URL shown in the wizard for your Meta app. The application verifies the callback using your private verification token and validates signed webhook POSTs with the Meta App Secret. Use Subscribe app to WABA and Check subscription to record and verify the workspace subscription.
5. Synchronize templates
Choose Sync templates to import the workspace templates and their current Meta status. Approved templates are shown separately from pending or rejected templates.
6. Review readiness
The final step summarizes credentials, API verification, webhook subscription and template readiness. This does not enable live sending automatically.
WORKER_MODE=off and ENABLE_LIVE_SENDING=false until a controlled test message and webhook flow have been verified.Important messaging rules
See the Acceptable Use Policy for prohibited uses and account-enforcement rules.
Password recovery
If you forget your password, choose Forgot password? on the sign-in screen. A one-time reset link is sent to the verified account email and expires automatically. Changing or resetting the password invalidates existing browser sessions.
How to send email campaigns
Platform owners can use Super Admin → Email Campaigns for planned maintenance notices and for optional product updates, newsletters/guides and promotions.
1. Create a draft
Choose the correct audience type, write the subject, preheader and body, and add an optional CTA button. Product, newsletter and promotion audiences are limited to people who opted into that exact category.
2. Preview and test
Preview the branded email and use Test to send one copy to your own address. Verify links, personalization and mobile readability before queueing.
3. Queue or schedule
Queue immediately or choose a scheduled time. Queueing creates recipient jobs but does not send the messages by itself.
4. Run the email worker
For the first run, use simulation mode and run email:worker from cPanel → Setup Node.js App → Run JS script. No real email is delivered in simulation mode.
5. Enable live sending carefully
After confirming SMTP limits and a successful test, set EMAIL_WORKER_MODE=live and ENABLE_BULK_EMAIL_SENDING=true. Run the worker manually once before enabling the recurring cron.
6. Automate with cron
On Namecheap shared hosting, use the included cron template to run the worker every five minutes in small batches. Keep daily and batch limits conservative.
WhatsApp Business Platform billing
SemiOffice plan allowances cover the software workspace and processing capacity. They are not prepaid WhatsApp message credits. When you connect your own WhatsApp Business Platform account, applicable messaging charges are handled separately by Meta or by the Business Solution Provider you choose.
1. Choose a SemiOffice plan
Free includes 50,000 software messages/month; paid plans scale from $9/month to agency volume.
2. Connect your WhatsApp Business account
Complete the official Meta connection when your WABA and phone number are available.
3. Check the current WhatsApp rate
Pricing can vary by recipient market and message category. Check Meta's current official rate card before large campaigns.
4. Pay Meta or your provider separately
If you use a Business Solution Provider, that provider may manage the WhatsApp billing component under its own terms.
Need help?
Send a message through the Contact page. Do not include passwords, provider access tokens or encryption keys in a support message.
Finding customers and measuring activation
v5.9 adds public industry pages, free marketing tools, demo requests and an agency-partner form. Super Admin users can review these leads in Acquisition, move them through a simple sales stage, and compare real activation milestones such as email verification, WhatsApp connection and campaign creation.
