Where do customers pay for WhatsApp messages?
There is no SemiOffice “WhatsApp message package.” Businesses connect their own official WhatsApp Business Platform account. Meta charges applicable delivered messages according to its current market/category pricing, or a Business Solution Provider may bill the WhatsApp portion under its own terms.

Does $19 include one million prepaid WhatsApp messages?
No. The one-million figure is SemiOffice’s software-processing allowance. Applicable WhatsApp Business Platform charges are separate.
Do I buy WhatsApp packages from SemiOffice?
No. Connect your own WhatsApp Business Platform account and maintain its billing with Meta or your chosen provider. SemiOffice does not resell WhatsApp message credits in these plans.
Why are the SemiOffice plans inexpensive?
We are positioning the product as an accessible, self-service option for small businesses and agencies while keeping provider fees separate. Paid plans are activated after review so unusually high-volume accounts can be matched to suitable infrastructure.
Can an agency manage multiple clients?
The Agency plan is intended for multi-client operators. Multi-workspace provisioning is reviewed during activation so account structure, volume and client separation can be configured safely.
