1. Account responsibility

You must provide accurate account and business information, keep login credentials secure, and promptly update information that materially changes. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and workspace.

2. Email and business verification

New accounts may be required to verify their email address. Live message sending may also require platform-admin approval and successful connection to an official messaging provider. Approval may be refused, suspended or withdrawn when risk, abuse or policy concerns arise.

3. Messaging responsibilities

You may only use the service to send lawful messages to recipients you are permitted to contact. You must maintain appropriate consent records, use approved provider templates where required, honor opt-outs and comply with provider terms and applicable laws.

4. Software plans and provider charges

The Free plan currently includes up to 50,000 software-processed messages per workspace per calendar month. Paid plans provide larger software-processing allowances and may use higher plan-aware safety caps. These allowances are not prepaid WhatsApp message credits. Applicable Meta/WhatsApp/provider fees are separate and are paid through the business's connected provider or Meta billing arrangement.

5. Availability and changes

The service is provided on an evolving basis. Features, limits and integrations may change. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, message delivery, provider approval or continued access to a third-party platform.

6. Suspension and termination

We may restrict, suspend or terminate access where necessary to prevent spam, abuse, fraud, security incidents, legal risk, provider-policy violations or harm to recipients or the service.

7. Third-party services

WhatsApp, Meta, Chatwoot, hosting, email and other connected providers are independent services. Their availability, pricing, policies and decisions are outside SemiOffice's control.

8. Disclaimer and limitation

Use the service at your own business risk. To the extent permitted by applicable law, SemiOffice does not accept responsibility for losses caused by unlawful user messaging, provider suspension, third-party outages, incorrect configuration, loss of credentials, or failure to maintain independent backups.

9. Contact

Questions about these terms can be sent through our Contact page.

10. Operational communications

By creating an account, you agree that we may send transactional service emails necessary to verify, secure and operate your account, including verification, password recovery, security notices, team invitations, workspace status notices and usage alerts. These are service communications rather than marketing newsletters.

Optional email subscriptions

Marketing guides, product updates and promotions are optional. You may change categories or unsubscribe at any time. Transactional account and security emails may still be sent when necessary to operate or protect your account.

11. Email campaigns and maintenance notices

We may send verified account owners reasonable operational notices about planned maintenance, outages, security or material service changes. We will not use the service-notice audience as a substitute for promotional email consent.

Product updates, newsletters, educational guides and promotions are sent only according to the recipient’s selected optional email preferences. Optional recipients may unsubscribe or change categories at any time.
