Dear shop manager,
I am writing to you because I would like to thank you for the sweets that you gave to my kids yesterday. We have been through a very rough patch. When you gave the sweets to my kids for free you showed them that there are still some good decent people in this world even though it was only a few sweets costing a few pounds the intention, and meaning behind it is priceless.
