Leave Application Due To Swelling in Leg

The Principal

Dear Respected sir,

It is stated that I am a student of first semester doing BSc. Computer Sciences from your good College. I am a football player in the college representing team. As you are well aware of that annual sports week is upon us in few weeks and all sports will be held in this week. Since our football team have a long run of matches coming up during the sports week we are training well to win this competition. Keeping in mind the football rivalry with the other team we train to the limits so that we can win every possible match we play and keep high the name of our team and achieve glory.

Yesterday when I was training in the ground with my other team players I have encountered a leg injury by falling off from a header on my leg and it got a bit twisted by improper landing on the ground. I continued the game after having a spray on the leg at that time. When I was home at night it started to swell due to the inner injury of the leg.

When I woke up in the morning I could not move off my bed it has swelled very much and causing very much pain when I try to move. Therefore I will not be able to come to school for three days. The doctor has recommended me three days of bed rest so I cannot come to school.

Kindly grant me leave for three days. I shall be very grateful to you.

Thanking you in anticipation.

Yours truly,

John Atkinson

Leave Letter Due to Swelling on Face

Dear Manager Sales Coordination,

It is to bring into your kind notice that me, Aamir Malik have been working as Assistant Supervisor Sales Coordination division.

Yesterday, I have experienced a bad incident. I was going home on my bike in the evening. Suddenly, some insect or mosquito has cut on my face. I cannot express the pain I felt at that time. I stopped there for 15 minutes. Luckily it was not a big injury in fact. When I went to sleep in night, I felt some swelling on my face.

I woke up in the morning, but it was so unfortunate to see that there was much swelling on my face and I am feeling pain as well.

So I request you to allow me a leave for today so that I can consult to some skin specialist for the treatment of my skin.

Aamir Malik
