Hope you are doing well. I sent this letter to you as an appreciation for the services from your staff. As a businessman, travelling to different places is a major part of my job. With all this travelling comes stay at different hotels, and frankly speaking this is the only part which makes me dislike my job.
The hotels in which I usually stay are horrendous, and make me think that I am in a hospital! Also, the services provided are just pathetic despite the fact that they are 4 Star hotels. This is the first time when I stayed at your hotel during a business trip. To say I am impressed would be an understatement. I felt really comfortable during the stay, and your services are compliment worthy for sure. I am a man who thinks that all the good things should be appreciated so that is why I wrote this letter.

I hope you are doing well. Last week, I, and my family booked a room in your hotel to spend some time away from the city. We had such a delightful experience, and your services have left us no room for any complaints. My wife was mesmerized by the hotel room’s interior design, and the way everything had been decorated. The room was very spacious, the bathrooms, and kitchens were well furnished, and tidy.
The kids enjoyed a lot because of the recreational activities offered by the hotel. There was an indoor swimming pool, a bowling alley, and an ice cream parlor within the hotel. Our meals were all handled by the hotel staff, and the food served was plated with such elegance, and tasted delicious. The staff was very considerate, and courteous to all our requests. My wife has already decided that we will be booking your hotel for our next vacation as well. This letter is a token of thanks from our side for your hospitality.
