Three days back you booked our delivery services for delivering you the furniture you bought from Ali Furniture, which is located in Defense, to your house.

We were going to pick up the goods from the outlet, and deliver it to you next day but unfortunately, the weather was really harsh so we couldn’t send our boys to fetch the items. Due to the heavy storm, the roads were flooded, and it was still not safe on second day so the service was again delayed. After the weather was better, and roads were a bit cleared, I immediately send the workers to get your items delivered.

I am really sorry for the inconvenience caused by this unexpected situation but as it is something natural, and not in our control so I cannot do anything to prevent this from happening in future. I am also thankful to you for understanding the situation, and not cancelling the orders. We hope you will continue to choose us in the future too for delivery service.
