With due respected I would like to state that I am an eight month pregnant woman, and my condition is a bit complicated. I trust, and prefer this Hospital more than any other but unfortunately I am unable to get a bed here in the gynecology ward because all the beds are booked already. My due date is a bit far from the present day, and I am writing this application to request a bed in advance so that I will be able to get one in time.
My first two deliveries were dealt here, and I am really comfortable with the environment of this hospital so I would really appreciate if you arrange a bed for me near my due date that is 20th October (Date) so kindly arrange one before my due date as it is a tentative date, and I am advised by my doctor to get admitted in the hospital 3 days prior to my delivery due date. I will also attach my prescription with this application for you to review.
