Application to Principal to Avail Bus Facility

With due respect, I wrote this application to request for permission to avail bus facility provided by our school. I am a resident of Gulberg, and as there is no branch of The City School in Wapda Town for A level so I had to transfer to the Johar Town Branch.
The distance between my home, and the school is quite long, and as both my parents are working individuals so it is not convenient for them to pick me up and drop me off on a daily basis. I have to book Uber which takes a lot of money, and my time is also wasted. I went to the administration office to ask if I can use the bus service, and they told me that I need to get permission from the principal.
