Respected Dean,
I hope that this letter receives you in good health. I am writing in regards to the Guiding, and Counseling Group in the university. I would like to join this group as I believe I would be a valuable asset to the group, and to the overall well-being of the university students.
I believe I am fit to join this group because I have a very long history of giving home tuition to students in various subjects. My students have described me as a great, and patient teacher, and I have an excellent record of ensuring my students’ success. Most of my students receive 93%, or higher in all subjects. Therefore, you can be confident in my ability to guide the students, and ensure they excel in the future, and give a good name to the University.
Furthermore, I am willing to listen to any kind of problems students may have; I will not limit myself to only academic counseling. These days, students have many issues however they are hesitant to bring these issues up to their teachers, or the principal.
As a student myself, I will help break this barrier by acting as a trustworthy friend to each, and every student, and I will ensure the students’ needs are met, and their concerns are handled in a respectful manner. When needed, I will bring their concerns to the designated higher authority.
