This is to inform you that 2nd Parents Teacher Meeting was held at The City School, Ravi Campus, on Monday, 24th of December. The circulars were mailed to every teacher and the admin staff made sure that every teacher is aware of it.

On the day of meeting, we received complains that the Science teacher of Grade 8 was not present in her allocated room. Many parents went to admin office and inquired about your absence. After receiving a high number of complaints, an explanation letter is required by the principle for your absence along with the reason that why didn’t you inform the administration about this prior to the meeting. Even while the meeting was being held, the staff tried to contact you but received no response whatsoever.

In addition to this, we need to set some time for the parents to meet you and talk about their children’s progress. Kindly, tell us the time on which you are available so we can set up the meeting. You may contact me for any further information.
