Install SemiOffice Tasks
SemiOffice Tasks is distributed through the official Chrome Web Store listing.
Recommended: install only from the official store listing linked from SemiOffice.com.
Install from the Chrome Web Store
- Open the official SemiOffice listing.
- Select Add to Chrome and review the permissions.
- Confirm the installation.
- Open Chrome's Extensions menu and pin SemiOffice Tasks.
- Click the toolbar icon. The full SemiOffice Tasks side panel opens immediately.
- Create a task or choose Calendar, Reports, Notes or Tools from the main navigation.
Enable reminders
Chrome and your operating system must allow notifications. Add a future reminder time to a task or Quick Note. Keep Chrome installed and available for the alert to be displayed.
Keyboard shortcut
Use Ctrl+Shift+Y on Windows or Command+Shift+Y on macOS. Chrome lets users change extension shortcuts at chrome://extensions/shortcuts.
Updating from the previous SemiOffice extension
The Chrome Web Store update keeps the same extension identity. Existing locally stored task data from supported test versions is migrated automatically where it exists.
