SemiOffice Tasks updates

Version 1.3.1 — full-size default and light-theme refinement

Changed the toolbar icon to open the full SemiOffice Tasks side panel directly.
Removed the compact intermediary launcher.
Added a stronger SemiOffice-blue light-theme header.
Improved task-form contrast, statistics colors, filters, task cards and shortcut sections.
Preserved all stored tasks, notes, reminders, settings and reports.

Renamed and focused the product as SemiOffice Tasks.
Added a reliable toolbar popup that appears immediately.
Added direct launcher actions for Tasks, Add Task, Reports and Notes.
Kept the full task manager in Chrome's side panel.
Supports up to 500 locally stored tasks.
Added priority and due-status highlighting, pinned tasks, calendar and reminders.
Added daily, weekly and monthly report generation.
Ensured tasks are deleted only through the red trash icon and confirmation.
Updated help, privacy, permissions and branding for Chrome Web Store submission.

The update includes migration support for task data created by the recent SemiOffice Workspace and OfficeTasks test builds.

The current version intended for the existing Chrome Web Store listing is 1.3.1, which is higher than the previously published 1.2.1.
