Why SemiOffice Tasks requests permissions
The extension requests only permissions connected to its task-management, reminder and related-tools features.

sidePanel | Displays the persistent task manager beside the current webpage. |
alarms | Schedules future task and Quick Note reminders. |
notifications | Shows reminder alerts through Chrome. |
contextMenus | Adds optional right-click commands for user-selected text, such as creating a task or saving a note. |
What the extension does not request
It does not request access to all websites, browsing history, downloads, camera, microphone, location, contacts or account credentials.
