    • Hello.
      Please divide the Gross salary on the month days like 6500/31=210, days can be 30 as well. For instance you want to deduct 5 days. Multiply 210X5=1050. Final calculation is 6500-1050=5450

    • Hello GiriDharan, It depends that how your Company fix everything like basic salary, allowance, security etc.For tax calculation you can check to your local govt tax rules whether this salary scale fall in income tax or not. If the employee fall in any tax scale than you can charge income tax accordingly like 5% or 7% etc.
