His name is Mr. John Stuart Mill who teaches physics to grade IX and X in your institution. He misbehaved twice with my son in the class during current week on the pretext of little mistake in one of his papers. He further told me that it has become routine matter for him to scold the students on little mistakes nowadays. His misconduct to my son was too harsh that he was afraid to go to school today. Such a behavior of teachers with their students in the class is extremely disappointing and regrettable.

As you better know there are many ways to rectify mistakes of students in the class. Being an educationist yourself, there is no need to suggest you that how much it is necessary for a teacher to behave kindly and affectionately with students so that they could learn and understand in a comfortable environment. Indeed it is the teacher who plays pivotal role in developing interest in students for study.

I have complete faith in you that you shall mend his conduct with students in the class. I look forward to you for no complaint in this regard in the future.

I was writing an essay in the white board, there was silent in the class. All the students were busy in writing the same essay from the white board. In the meanwhile, Salman who always remained naughty in my class started hitting Umair with foot.

I stopped him doing so instantly and inquired about the matter. I listened both students and also took the witness of other students. After investigating, I found that Salman was wrong so I asked him to leave the class. It is happened in most classes.

I request you to please take a serious action against Salman, as other students are disturbing during their studies & it is having a negative impact on them.
